You have a wonderful, easy to follow step-by-step process with incredible photographs included! I think I just ed Thank you! I had great fun making these because I was racing in between trying to work fast enough with the mochi dough (if it cools too much it won't stretch to cover the strawberries + anko) while taking pictures at the same time. Really, thank you again
Haha thanks! I've been wanting to make wagashi for ages and settled with (one of) the easiest ones haven't tried as in cooking-wise or eating-wise? Strawberries here are incredibly sour. And small -_-"
